Ifeanyi Ubah's Double Celebration at the Eko Hotel

It was double celebration and entertainment galore at the Eko hotel on the 10th of September 2011 as the MD/CEO of Capital oil and Gas, Ifeanyi Ubah celebrated his 40th birthday and 5 years of successful entrepreneurship. The celebrant in his magnanimity shocked many when he chose to celebrate with up and coming talents like, designers, comedians, DJ's,Upcoming artistes, musicians and dancers instead of the creme de la creme. The prestigious Shuga band were there to jazz up the event and thrill the guests.

Known for lightening up any type of event due to their versatility, the Incredible Shugaband were at the prestigious  Expo hall of the Eko Hotel on the 8th of September 2011 doing what they know best as  MTN celebrated its 10th anniversary and its Trade Partners in an Award night. Stand up comedian Gordons was the compere and Timaya too lent his voice to add to the merriment of the night. present at  the event were the CEO of MTN, CEO MTN Nigeria and other top officials of MTN.

Akin Shuga dazzles at the burial of Pa Kayode Fashina

On the 9th of September at the Harbour Point, Victoria-Island Lagos , the Shugaband serenaded guests at the burial ceremony of Pa Kayode Fashina.The event which was thronged by the 'who is who' in the social establishment in nigeria was a fanfare of sorts with Akin Shuga on the bandstand reeling out numbers after numbers of evergreen songs. daughter of the deceased Mrs. Osomo and her husband were  all smiles as they led their friends and family to the dancing floor. Prominent amongst guests at the event were the former Deputy Governor of Lagos, AlhajaSinatu Ojikutu, Dr. JK Randle, Erelu Abiola Dosunmu, Mrs. Teju Phillips amongst others.

Shuga Limb Foundation at the UK Trade and Investment Forum

The event which took place at the residence of the Deputy High Commissioner of the British High Commission in Victoria Island, was one made solely for the encouragement of people who have gone out of their ways to create innovative businesses in Nigeria.

The Shuga Limb Foundation founded by Akin Shuga was invited and given an opportunity to reach out for sponsors for the creation of her limb centre.During the course of the meeting, the British High Commissioner mentioned the Shuga Limb Foundation to his guests.The event ran smoothly with the evergreen Shuga band rendering subtle but highly enjoyable music
